You must complete and submit a new online Medical Questionnaire, which now includes the required Covid-19 Pre-treatment screening questions.  This is available at :-

This must be completed and submitted even if you have previously submitted a medical questionnaire (apologies if you have already done so, but we must ensure we comply with the government guidelines), at least 24 hours prior to your treatment. Unfortunately, if this is not received at least 24 hours prior, government guidelines mandate that the appointment must be cancelled.


Please ensure you notify the clinic and cancel all your further appointments if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to anyone who has/had any symptoms in the last 14 days. Please, follow the government’s guidelines with respect to self-isolating to prevent any onward spread of infection.


On arrival and for the duration of your time in clinic premises, please wear a suitable face covering or face mask, as treatments take place indoors.


Please don’t arrive too early for your appointment, therefore avoiding coming into contact with other clients. If you do, please wait in your car or on the bench outside in the fresh air, ensuring you maintain a safe distance from any other clients.  I will come and collect you from the front door when it is time for your appointment.


Please use the hand sanitiser provided, on your way in and out of the clinic, or immediately wash your hands upon arrival.


You must attend appointments alone as, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any additional people in the clinic during treatment at this time.


Unfortunately, we are unable to provide drinks, blankets or magazines at this time, but you are welcome to bring your own water, cover-up and reading material.

A deposit may be taken to secure your appointment, this will be deducted from the cost of your treatment, or refunded in the case of free consultation if you decide not to proceed with any treatment. In all other cases, the deposit is non-refundable for all bookings unless notice of cancellation is received at least 48 hours prior to the time and date of your appointment.


If you have paid a deposit via PayPal (you can also use debit / credit cards, you don’t need a Paypal account), your transaction has been completed. You can logon to your Sussex Laser Lipo account to check the details of your bookings, or logon to your PayPal account (if you have one) to check the details of your payment transaction.
