Do I need to exercise after Accelerated Laser Lipo treatment?
Unfortunately, yes. The Laser Lipo treatments will release the stored fats into your lymphatic and venous system. You need to increase your metabolic rate (how quickly your body uses the available fuel) through exercise. For those who are not able to, or simply do not enjoy "normal exercise, We recommend vibration plate-based exercise as a low impact method of increasing your heart rate and rapidly burning calories (fuel). You must exercise for at least 30 minutes between each of your Accelerated Laser Lipo Inch Loss treatments to ensure you achieve optimal results.
If you don't want to, or simply can't exercise, you should consider our latest 4D-Cryo "Fat Freezing" inch loss treatments instead.
Where does the fat go following Accelerated Laser Lipo treatment?

Is Accelerated Laser Lipo Inch Loss similar to Strawberry Laser Lipo and i-Lipo?

What happens when I come for Laser Lipo treatment?
Your Laser Lipo experience will begin with a FREE consultation. During this we will discuss the areas of your body you would like to improve, the likely length of treatment required and how those areas will be targeted by the treatments. Following the consultation and the completion of a medical questionnaire, the targeted fatty area will then be accurately measured and recorded to enable us to monitor your progress. The treatments will then commence as follows :-
The large Diode Laser paddles will be placed on the targeted fatty areas and secured with straps.
Two smaller Probe Lasers will be placed over the appropriate lymphatic glands and held in place, this is to draw the fats released during the process into the lymphatic system.
The Laser Lipo machine will then be switched on for 10 minutes, re-located and turned on for another 10 minutes. This will be repeated for the duration of your treatment to target the specific areas discussed during your consultation.
The treated area will now be re-measured to assess the inch-loss achieved. You can expect to see a reduction of between 0.5 and 3 inches across all areas (1.25 and 8cm’s) with a single treatment!
In order to increase the body’s ability to remove the Triglycerides (the contents released from the fat cells in the treated area), it is necessary to assist this natural process by increasing the metabolic rate through some form of cardio vascular exercise.

Can I be treated with Laser Lipo?
If you are a healthy adult, over the age of 18 and capable of performing a little regular exercise, to burn off the “fuel” released by the treatments, the answer is usually a resounding “YES”!!! However, there are some medical conditions (referred to as “Contra-indications”) that mean we CANNOT treat you. This is in the best interest of your health and to ensure there are no complications with your condition, so please don’t be offended if we are unable to treat you as a result of one of these conditions being present :-
- Liver or kidney disease
- Epilepsy
- Any form of cardiac disorder (e.g. pacemaker, statins, etc.)
- Radiation sickness, or receiving radiation therapies
- Any form of cancer (even if in remission)
- Immune suppressed disorders
- Pregnant, or breast feeding
- Diabetes (Type 1 – Insulin dependent)
- Bell Palsy
- Have a photosensitive skin disorder, or taking photo-sensitive medicine
- Infectious diseases
- Diagnosed and / or undergoing treatment for any form of mental disorder
- Patients with dermatitis or infection in the treatment area
- NOTE :- We cannot treat over any area with a tattoo, as it will cause fading
If you suffer from any of the following conditions, we CAN treat you (with a signed disclaimer), but would strongly recommend you consult with your GP, or consultant physician, before commencing treatment :-
- If you are a HIV carrier
- Diabetes (Type 2)
- Recent surgery or minor operations (less than 6 weeks ago)
- Recent injury (awaiting treatment / surgery)

Will the fat cells refill or come back?
Not if you carry on with your new healthy lifestyle (portion controlled meals and regular exercise). After a period of 4-8 months, the body will naturally breakdown and remove the ruptured and unused fat cells.
I have lost weight and been left with loose skin. Will the treatment work for me?
Yes, although you could also consider our Body Sculpting and Skin Tightening or Non-Surgical Face and Neck Lifting treatments, as they are specifically designed to tighten and smooth loose skin.

Will I be able to drive after my treatment?
Yes. The treatment is completely non-invasive and has no "down-time". You are free to carry on with your normal daily activities immediately after treatment.
What do I do whilst the treatment is taking place?
This is entirely up to you, as long as you can remain still and lying down. Many clients read magazines (we provide a range to choose from), others take the opportunity to take a quick nap! We also offer free Wi-Fi Internet Access for customers whilst they are waiting and during the treatments, just ask for details when you arrive.
