Laser Lipo is based on the use of Laser light energy to stimulate the inch loss process. This has the following benefits compared to Cryogenic Lipolysis :-

4D-Cryo Thermal Shock and EMS (also known as "Fat Freezing"), leverages the principle of "popsicle apoptosis" to cause the death of fat cells with a single treatment. This has the following benefits compared to Laser Lipo :-

  • No exercise required after treatment
  • Can treat directly over tattoos without the risk of fading the tattoo
  • Once in remission for more than 2 years, Cancer is no longer a contra-indication for Cryogenic Lipolysis

The therapeutic principles applied in our 4D-Cryo Cryogenic Lipolysis treatments are proven and we have a long list of successfully treated and very happy clients. However, there are a number of factors outside of our control such as lifestyle, diet, underlying medical conditions (not known or disclosed), pregnancy and physical injury, that mean we are not able to provide absolute guarantees regarding the final results that you will achieve.

Nevertheless, we always provide treatments according to our proven protocols and take all appropriate steps to ensure your treatments are conducted successfully and you are position to achieve optimal results from every treatment.

The 4D-Cryo Fat Freezing Inch Loss Treatments cause apoptosis (cellular death) of the fat cells in the treated area. The body breaks down and disposes of thee fat cells in the normal manner. This is part of the bodies natural biological processes and is completely harmless.

Whilst it is considered generally very low risk and non-invasive, any treatment carries with it some level of risk of potential side effects, which you should consider before electing to undergo treatment. The new 4D-Cryo does NOT use vacuum, there is no bruising, however the most common side effects of 4D-Cryo combined Cryogenic Lipolysis and EMS treatments are :-

  • Mild oedema or redness
  • Tingling or numbness
  • Inflammation or swelling
  • Loose bowel or runny stools

Very rare side effects would include :-

  • Freezer burn to the surface of the skin
  • Permanent loss of sensation on the surface of the skin
  • Bruising and tenderness

We are aware of reports that, in very rare cases, there have been recorded incidents of less than 1 in 20,000 people treated with generic Cryogenic Lipolysis (such as CoolSculpting), resulting in an increase in the size or number of fat cells, a condition known as “Paradoxical adipose hyperplasia”.  As the 4D-Cryo uses flat plates, so there is no vacuum, alongside EMS, the temperatures used to achieve the therapeutic objective are higher (warmer) than traditional vacuum-based Cryogenic Lipolysis treatments, reducing the risk of side effects.  To date, there have been no reported cases of “Paradoxical adipose hyperplasia” occurring as a result of treatment with the 4D-Cryo platform, but this is a recognised risk of any Cryogenic Lipolysis treatment, which you must consider when choosing the treatment that best suits your needs.

Unfortunately, although the PureGenex platforms we use are optimised for client results, whilst taking all possible precautions to maintain safety, there is no such thing as an entirely risk free treatment, so you must take this into account when considering any treatment.  Final results can never be guaranteed, as individuals can react differently to treatment and there are external factors that can affect the outcome of treatment.

As the new 4D-Cryo does NOT use vacuum, there is no bruising, however in rare circumstances clients can suffer mild oedema, tingling sensations, or numbness in the treatment area. This is temporary and will subside naturally, normally within a few hours of treatment, but in all cases within 7-10 days.

You will achieve immediate inch loss in the majority of cases, with up to 40% reduction in the fat layer of the treated within 8-12 weeks after treatment.  4D-Cryo treatments are best when delivered as a course of 2 successive treatments, with the second treatment following 14-21 days after the first, for optimal results.

Each individual treatment covers a far larger area than traditional "Fat Freezing", such as the whole front of the abdomen, or both flanks, both arms, both inner thighs, etc. providing far better value for money.If you want to achieve further improvements, additional treatments can be administered to the original treatment area after 12 weeks.

The vast majority of our clients have told us that the treatment is extremely relaxing.

There is a short period at the start of the treatment where the client feels the fatty tissue being warmed, then the cooling process begins. This can be a little uncomfortable, but has never been described as painful. The initial cooling phase of the treatment is over extremely quickly and the client is then left to relax for the remainder of the treatment. Clients spend the treatment relaxing reading magazines, watching a film, or even sleeping, waking to feel refreshed and ready to continue their day!

This is the correct and full medical term to describe the Fat Freezing process we apply with our 4D-Cryo treatments. The more commonly referred to term of “Cryolipolysis” is an acronym (abbreviated version) of this correct medical term and has been registered as a trademark by the manufacturers of the Coolsculpting technology, Zeltiq Inc. In order to avoid confusion and ensure the correct terminology is used, we will always refer to Cryolipolysis by its full and correct name, “Cryogenic Lipolysis”.

The 4D-Cryo treatments leverage the principles of Cryogenic Lipolysis in much the same way as Lipoglaze, Coolsculpting, 3dLipo and other Cryogenic Lipolysis based fat freezing inch loss treatments. However, the new 4D-Cryo applies the new Thermal Shock approach with advanced temperature feedback control, combined with EMS, specially formulated anti-freeze membranes and thoroughly researched and proven treatment protocols to deliver the <strong>best fat freezing inch loss results</strong> possible, whilst also ensuring complete comfort and safety for the client.

Add to this the application of "flat plate paddle" technology, to eradicate the need for the painful vacuum suction of older, traditional fat freezing treatments, and you have a more effective, more comfortable and enjoyable experience all round.

Most people do not find the treatment painful at all. Some clients may feel a little uncomfortable for the first few minutes of the cooling period of the treatment due to the rapid cooling of the treatment area, but this will subside quickly and the warming periods before and after significantly reduce this.

In short, the answer is a resounding YES!

The Cryogenic Lipolysis process selectively cools the cells of the adipose layer. A process known as “Popsicle Panniculitis”. This is a dermatologic condition where exposure to low temperatures can selectively damage subcutaneous fat while leaving skin intact. This process is also known as "Apoptosis". Based on the premise that fat cells are more easily damaged by cooling than skin cells, cryogenic lipolysis was developed applying low temperatures to tissue via thermal conduction. In order to avoid frostbite, a specific temperature level and exposure is determined and transmission is ensured through the use of an anti-freeze membrane, further protecting the surface tissues.

Physicians at The Wellman Center at Massachusetts General Hospital, part of the Harvard Medical School, originated and conducted clinical trials to prove the efficacy of the process. Fatty tissue that is cooled below body temperature but above freezing undergoes localized cell death followed by a local inflammatory response, a local panniculitis, which gradually, over the course of several months, results in a reduction of the fatty tissue layer.

Through the adoption of our unique treatment protocols, clients can achieve an astonishing 26-40% reduction in the fat layer within 8-12 weeks following treatment.

Unlike ALL other inch loss treatments, the unique combined Thermal Shock and EMS approach, which delivers far better results than traditional fat freezing, of the 4D-Cryo treatments causes the destruction of the fat cells without the need to exercise! Of course, if you want to achieve even better results AND be assured that you will retain your amazing new appearance, small amounts of regular exercise and a healthy diet are always strongly recommended.

The 4D-Cryo implements the principles of a scientifically proven technique known as “Cryogenic Lipolysis”, or "Fat Freezing". This is combined with the stimulating effects of EMS to also deliver toning of the muscles, for accelerated toning and inch loss results.

The area is cleaned, measured and marked to ensure optimal treatment of the areas the clients wishes to target.

A protective anti-freeze membrane is placed over the treatment area.

The 4D-Cryo plates are placed over the treatment area, configured and switched on.

The area will first be warmed, which is following by a cold feeling. This is not painful, but some clients may find it mildly uncomfortable in the first few minutes of the cooling cycle.  The final warming period end a relaxing and enjoyable inch loss treatment.  All the while EMS pulese are stimulating the muscles in the treatment area to delvier immediate inch loss.

The treatment plates remains in place for 40-50 minutes, with a single treatment session covering significantly larger areas than a single traditional "Fat Freezing" placement.  Each individual treatment covers a far larger area than traditional "Fat Freezing", such as the whole front of the abdomen, or both flanks, both arms, both inner thighs, etc. providing far better value for money.

Immediately following treatment, the 4D-Cryo plates and protective membrane are removed, the area is cleaned and you are ready to go.

That’s it, you’re done for that area! Over the next 8-12 weeks your body will break down and remove the dead fat cells naturally, delivering up to a 26-40% reduction in the fat layer!

The 4D-Cryo Fat Freezing and EMS treatments are incredibly flexible, as each of the flat plates (known as "paddles") covers a much larger area than traditional, vacuum-based cryo machines.  The PureGenex 4D-Cryo platform we use has 4 of these plates, so we can cover larger areas or multiple smaller areas in a single session and you won't need to worry about the discomfort of vacuum suction, as we don't use vacuum! The most common areas treated are :-

If you are a healthy adult, over the age of 18, the answer is usually a resounding “YES”!!!

However, there are some medical conditions (referred to as "Contra-indications") that mean we CANNOT treat you. This is in the best interest of your health and to ensure there are no complications with your condition, so please don’t be offended if we are unable to treat you as a result of one of these conditions being present :-

  • Patients with cancer, unless in remission for greater than 2 years
  • Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases
  • Infectious diseases
  • Diagnosed and / or undergoing treatment for any form of mental disorder
  • Patients with dermatitis or infection in the treatment area
  • Patients with a history of significant trauma, or abnormal healing of wounds in the treatment area
  • Patients with varicosity in the treatment area, or surrounding areas
  • Serious heart disease or the blood pressure of the patients with hypertension (≥140/90mmHg)
  • Patients with a history of paralysis or stroke
  • Patients with abnormal blood coagulation or undertaking anti-coagulant therapy
  • Patients with peripheral nervous disease, diabetes (Type 1), or connective tissue diseases
  • Pregnant or nursing women (until after 12 week post-natal check)

If you suffer from any of the following conditions, we CAN treat you (with a signed disclaimer), but would strongly recommend you consult with your GP, or consultant physician, before commencing treatment :-

Yes. The treatment is completely non-invasive and has no "down-time". You are free to carry on with your normal daily activities immediately after treatment.

This is entirely up to you, as long as you can remain still and lying down. Many clients read magazines (we provide a range to choose from), others take the opportunity to take a quick nap! We also offer free Wi-Fi Internet Access for customers whilst they are waiting and during the treatments, just ask for details when you arrive.

This data is held in local storage and retained until this is cleared manually. No libraries used by WP Google Maps transmit this information.
